Poor attitude
These people's attitudes are very poor.

We have ordered from them several times with no problems. The one time we did have a problem, they sent us a coupon for free replacement of the order. When I called to ask them if the coupon had to be turned in with the order, everyone became extremely huffy and rude. The manager, I believe her name was Tammy, got on the phone with a VERY bad attitude and tone of voice, was rude and totally not helpful at all. I will be calling upper management to complain.
