Good food without the flash
It seems like restaurants more and more rely on catchy phrases or jazzy promotions to lure patrons in, but the food always tastes bland or uninspired. Luckily, Johnny's (as the long-term residents call it) decides to dazzle you with food instead of how much junk they can attach to their walls. The focus is on their dishes, which are always great. I've been eating there for almost 30 years, and I have never been disappointed. Neither will you.    [31 Dec 2005 12:04:15]
