Dissappointment In Our Family's Favorite Restaurant
Up until about 3 years ago, Tiffany's was our family's favorite restaurant to eat at in Frankenmuth, Michigan. Our annual 1-2 day trip just to soak in the beauty, atmosphere, shopping, have been ruined by the lousy service and food quality.

Our recent visit yesterday, was yet another "try again". Only 5 tables occupied inside and a few outside, husband and I ordering just a bar burger w/ fries, daughter ordered mozzarella cheese sticks, and a few cokes and a beer...it was over a 30 minute wait. Waiter didn't even come by to offer appology for the delay on such a simple order, not even a lousy excuse.

Finally, food arrived. Daughter did say the cheese sticks were great, but first bites of our bar burgers, and husband and I looked at each other, "you've got to be kidding me". The lean ground beef, supposed to taste like ground round was more like mushy burger as if it had been steamed. We ate most of it, but truly disappointed again at our old time favorite affordable restaurant in Frankenmuth.    [06 Aug 2007 11:48:52]
