Ms Smitty's Diner is your typical store-front diner located just north of Genesee across the bridge and railroad tracks, but before Mt Morris Rd. GREAT PLACE
The food was homemade. The soup was OUTSTANDING. Our waitress was exceptionally friendly and it was a very cozy atmosphere. They brag of "serving famous people everyday". They have autographed photos of many of their customers.    [30 Sep 2006 20:48:54]

Cutest Place

#1 The place to eat in Genesee!!!
Someone recommended me to this quaint li'l diner in the heart of Genesee- I had the best homemade food I have ever tasted in my lifetime, except for Grandma's.

I will dine here as much as possible!!! My favorite thing about their restaurant is the fact that everything is made from scratch and that it is owned by downhome people that display their love and appreciation to their customers-- I observed this behavior towards everyone. The owner even sat with people and talked, the head cook/manager came out and associated with everyone and even introduced herself to me and asked how everything was. OUTSTANDING - WONDERFUL
I LOVE Ms. Smitty's and everything about this place is wonderful!
The food is Great, the Service is top notch... very warm and friendly. Quickly becoming my families favorite place to eat.
She needs a Quality Web Site so she can be found more easily on the web and list her Daily Specials!
With a Web Site we wouldn't have to take the time to drive there or bother the staff with a phone call, just to find out what the Daily Specials are.
The Ice Cream servings remind me of the quality and quanitiy that I used to get as a Kid at my local "Richardson's Farm Dairy - Ice Cream Shoppe".
