Mediocre Food & Double Billing The food was mediocre ("rare" was requested BUT food was served "medium" and server told me that's as close as it gets).
Then, they billed me for two dinners even though I signed for only one; told me over the phone they'd take care of it; after a month, I had to call them back and they told me to "take it up with VISA, we have no way to give you credit -- it's too much trouble"!?
Do NOT eat here, and if you do, be sure to pay cash! [20 Jul 2006 14:33:39]

Some of the Best Food That I Have Eaten The food is great. Their Prime Rib is worth the price. The salads are filling and fresh. It is a little on the small side but that just adds to the experience. Reasonable prices, great help-- a place I return to a least 8 times a year. I live on the other side of town or would go more often.
Also, stay away during the Buick Open if you live nearby, If you are in town for the Open, take a chance on it. [07 Jun 2007 18:07:59]

Take an appetite with you I've eaten at the Crossbow at least a dozen times in the last 12 years but live nearly 40 miles away. It seems like whenever we get to the area, we make it a point to stop in. The prime rib is some of the best I've had. The salads are huge and can make a meal by themselves.
The waitstaff has always been friendly. The restaurant itself is small so be prepared for a 20 - 30 min wait on the weekends. The finishing touch has got to be the Frozen Nutty Irishman. I never leave without one. [01 Jan 2008 19:09:59]

Best Bang for the Buck ! This unique restaurant is truly a bright dining gem for Grand Blanc during a dismal down sized economy !! The Cross Bow's food has been the same high quality and large servings for the last 30 years that I remember!! Keep up the good work !! [09 Dec 2008 22:32:02]
