terrible service
We went here with a group of 10 for prom dinner. When we made reservations, we were told that it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours maximum for the whole dinner. It took us 1 1/2 hours just to order our food. We were then informed that it would take at least 3 hours for the meal. We absolutely had to be out of there in 2 hours because of our limo, so we politely asked if there was any way that our food could be brought out sooner or if we could cancel our order, because we had to leave. That's when our waitress started yelling at us, telling us that they're the only fine dining restaurant in the state, that we were being really disrespectful to her, and that she didn't like our sarcasm. For most of this we had no clue what the heck she was talking about. She was completely offensive and did not apologize at any point. It was not a pleasant experience and I will never go back to this place again.    [27 Apr 2004 13:24:49]

The Best In West Michigan!
Out of the five times I have been here, I had hardly ever been disappointed. The waitstaff treats you like royalty from the moment you enter until you leave. The meal courses are the best by far in West Michigan! The filet mignon course (with an awesome caesar salad!) was the best steak in any resturant ever I have been to!
