An Undiscovered Jewel
This place is OUTSTANDING! My husband and I came here for special dinner, and boy did we get it. The seven-course chef choice meal was amazing.

It's cool: you tell the server anything you don't like or can't have, and they surprise you with wonderful things course after course. My mom is allergic to wheat and lactose(dairy), and after mentioning this when my parents made their reservation, she was served delicious things she could eat (my dad got the "standard" things when they differed). She was thrilled!!

The chef is truly talented. The food was exquisite, and rivaled some of the finest places we've eaten, and at a great price for what you get. If we lived closer we'd for sure join their club, where it's even cheaper. Whenever we go there, I just can't believe it's not crowded. It's like having the place to yourself, almost.

The afternoon tea makes an absolutely wonderful ladies afternoon! W/ an entree, you won't leave hungry, either. Our server has always been Jessica, and she is perfect! When you eat here, you are in for a beautiful historic, classy, and delicious treat!    [14 Nov 2006 13:52:32]

ELEGANT ~CHARMING ~ ROMANTIC
The Holly Hotel is one of the most romantic restaurants in Michigan. Always candle-lit, Victorian atmosphere, fresh white linen and the best service around! The menu is creative, and food is presented in an elegant fashion, antique china, real silver, and impressive "old world" servers.
