The worst service ever
I recently called in for a carry-out and when ordering my food the lady told me to just come in and order it she did not want to take my order on the phone. She was very rude. When I called back to speak to the manager, the same lady told me she was the f-ing manager. I am not making this up. Good Eats
This is a small family owned and operated business. The food was good. We had Chicken Enchiladas and Nachos. The desserts were the best! Try the Flange or Silk Cheesecake. Dine in and give it a try!    [25 Mar 2006 19:14:30]

Great food and feel
They have some of the best food in town. I feel you can't beat the service. I've heard of some bad experiences, but I've never had one here myself.

It's very home-style, kind of a hole-in-the-wall place, but I've never found a hole-in-the-wall that didn't have outstanding food, at least.

Heaven
This place is the best.

Yes, if you act stupid or rude you will be treated like you are stupid and rude. But, the restaurant has REAL food. Not reheated corporate slop.

She's cooking back there: The owner is the only cook and therefore the only authority. Howell is pretty much the culinary desert of southeastern Michigan and Mexicalli Allie's is the oasis.    [16 Dec 2006 01:59:51]

Real Food

Mucho Goodo Foodo!
The food is ALL homemade and delicious! The prices are very reasonable and the desserts are super-duper-fasmatasmic!

They have got some new faces working up-front and the service is on par with the food now.

Since the chef doesn't like the water in Howell, they sell pop in the can. You can get almost any brand or flavor you can imagine... Coke, Pepsi, Faygo..etc.    [26 Apr 2008 17:06:32]
