Great Find!
This place is a terrific restaurant. I tried their beef kabobs, and the meat was tender, juicy, and delicious. The marinade is tomato based, and adds nicely to the flavor and tenderness of the meat. The kabobs also included green bell pepper and onion, and the dish was served with brown rice with sauteed mushrooms. The mushrooms in particular were mouth watering, full of flavor and incredibly good.

The atmosphere is informal, right in line for the bistro name. I liked the musical instruments on the walls, which gave it a somewhat Mediterranean look. The wait staff are courteous, friendly, and efficient. Much of the cooking is done by the owner, Sam Kardsheh, and he's a master of his craft. He and his wait staff really make you feel at home.

The prices are very reasonable, especially given the quality of the dishes. They also have a selection of wines which would complement the meal.

The restaurant is offering a special deal on birthdays, though you'd be well served to visit it any day of the year. They accept all major credit cards, which is fairly commonplace these days.

I'd not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, and plan to eat there frequently.    [12 Jul 2006 17:21:15]
