Poor Customer Service
On 6/8/2007 I went to A & W on 427 E. Oakland Lane in Grand Ledge, MI 48837, and a male employee took my order. Instead of order totaling $8.10, He rang up $16.20. I asked to speak with a manager, and Marissa was the manager on duty. I asked how long to return my money to my account she stated,"I do not know, maybe 3-5 business days." I asked can she do any thing to compensate me for the inconvenience, and she replied "No". This was such a poor experience that I had to write in and discribe my frustration. I have not been to an A&W restaurant in over 10 years, and thanks to this experience, I do not plan to to back to an A&W. This manager had no compassion for my circumstance. As an employee for the Federal Highway Administration, and a visitor to Lansing, it was simply poor customer service.    [11 Jun 2007 11:01:06]
