Wimpy's is
The Cheeseburgers, with a side of chees fries undoubtly the best combiantion for your mouth. The burgers are grilled with or with out onions depending on your preference, but the onions bring out such a wonderful flavor.

It has the feeling if a small town little diner. Which is quite fitting since that part of Lexington has its own romantic feel to it, with the small shops and the view of Lake Huron out over the horizon.

Bad service!
We recently went to Wimpy's with a group of about 10. We ordered our drinks and the young waitress brought all of the drinks on one small tray and in the process of setting the tray down onto the table, the entire tray of drinks went into the lap of the matriarch of our group! She was soaked with a combination of soft drinks, teas, and waters. The owners acted like it was no big deal, had us all get up and move to other tables and then did not even offer up a discount especially to the woman who was soaked with soft drinks. She paid full price for her meal and her drink. I think that is bad business and the owners seemed so cocky and nonchalant about what happened. The food was ok. Our burgers had burnt onions instead of grilled onions. The prices are high too with refills costing full price.    [07 Aug 2007 13:04:21]
