Best Restaurant in Marquette, IMO I love this restaurant!! The food is always amazing. I love the casual atmosphere during lunch hours, and for a nice evening dinner you can't go wrong. It's a great place for original recipes. They have the best soups I've ever had the pleasure of tasting, and their rolls are to die for. I'm living in New York now, and I seriously dream about the Tomato Basil Cream Soup. [09 Sep 2004 03:50:56]

Best no question about it Best restaurant hands down! I'm a regular and have heard world-wide travellers rave that they have never had a better Italian dish, even in Italy! Can't go wrong with the sandwiches during the day either. A wonderful soup collection, watch out for the chef's amazing Tuscan Chicken soup! [31 Jan 2005 00:17:43]

Outstanding food, best restaurant in area! I agree completely with the other reviewers, that this clearly is the best restaurant of any type in the Marquette area. Indeed, the seasonings are comparable in sophistication to some of those that I have tasted in Italy, but with some New World twists. Some items are moderately expensive, but well worth the cost. Good but not the best While the soups are very exceptional and the pastrami IS the best in town, overall it is not the best in town. A good place to grab lunch now and then, like on pay-day for example, for the pricing is a bit over the top. All in all it is worth a visit in the end. [30 Nov 2005 17:08:31]

The Best The best corned beef sandwich I have ever tasted. The soups are incredible. This place could compete with any famous deli/Italian restaurant in major cities. [09 May 2006 10:49:24]
