PIZZA!
Pete's Patio has the best pizza in Niles. I was a bit skeptical at first when I was told this, then I tried it.

AMAZING! Their Italian sausage is the best I've ever had. And I don't usually even like sausage.

Popular local restaraunt
Pete's Patio is a long-established and popular restaraunt just barely north of Niles, MI. The food is good and the staff is friendly. In the evening, it can be noisy because alot of patrons pack the relatively small restaraunt. In the day, it is quiet. There is a bar if you are just stopping in for a drink. The pizza *is* one-of-a-kind, the other menu choices delight, and I am personally a fan of the "salad" bar which is really more of a potato and macaroni salad type offering. Pete's Patio reminds me of some smaller restaraunts in Chicago where alot of people go there regularly in the evening because it's a well-established place to get some good food.    [06 Apr 2007 14:56:44]

Calamari to Die For
Pete's is most known for it's super thin crust pizza. But I have to say, the calamari is the best I've tasted.

Carrabba's in South Bend is great, but Pete's is better. It's nor rubbery or chewy. The spices are top notch. Service is great to. But you better get there early if you want to eat on the weekend.    [23 Jul 2007 00:07:37]
