A Best Kept Dining Secret Superb food and excellent service. Ambiance of surroundings are unique. Flare of the northwoods, Antler shandeliers, fireplace and confortable chairs create a welcoming atmosphere. There is also great patio seating with fans for the summer season and a fireplace for early spring and late fall.
If you are not pleased with the dish, they are quick to remedy the problem. [14 Feb 2006 13:29:32]

Our Favorite Spot We live close to Deadwood and stop in for dinner often. For a casual place, it has an upscale menu, which varies daily. The food is always terrific, and the service is excellent. My husband likes the steak and prime rib and I like the unique seafood dishes, like lobster ravioli. We both like the Wild Thang sampler for an appetizer, beef stroganoff, and French dip sandwich. They also mix a great Long Island ice tea and have good wine and beer selections.
We like sitting by the fireplace in the winter, and when the weather is nice, the outdoor deck is a must. Actually we have sat out there when it was chilly (they have heaters) and when it was raining (part of it is covered). We have been there on Sat. nights to hang out with friends, and on Sunday afternoons for special occasions with our family. [19 Jun 2007 15:23:59]
