good stuff
I dont know what Kathy is talking about, but she obviously isn't from around this area, or else she would have grown up on the ice cream and food served here. My family(spanning 4 generations) has been going to Guernsey's since it opened. The only thing that needs to be fixed is one of the managers has a severe attitude problem. Give me your money before wasting it here!
Guernsey can't live on reputation alone. Literally. Food is beyond awful, even the consistency of the ice cream is questionable. Service? I'd be ashamed to call it that. The waitstaff I suppose is there only for a paycheck and not dependant on their tips, as no one seems to care.    [14 Apr 2004 11:03:35]

A place you shouldn't miss

Extremely disappointing
I had only eaten the ice cream here. It's okay ice cream, not great but there's worse.

Not so for the food. Ugh. There is no worse. You could serve dog food that was more appetizing than this stuff. And I do think our waitress was on her first night or something.    [29 Apr 2007 16:12:42]
