I've really Enjoyed better
I have been eating at Applebees restaurants for years. But just recently I went to the new one on M-89 in Plainwell. I have never written before about bad service but this deserves a letter. My family got our salads very late, about five minutes before we got our dinners. I didnt have enough time to finish. When the waitress came up with our food she looked disgused because we werent done. The food was cold like it had been sitting for awhile and we had to beg to get refills. This was very poor service and I understand that this stuff happens. I am just realy upset about this whole evening.
