Don't bother ordering for delivery
We ordered subs from work tonight. Not one of the sandwiches had on them what we ordered, and the bread on ALL of the sandwiches were burned on the crusts. When we called and spoke to Dan the manager, he said he would "hook us up" the next time we ordered (although we explained to him that we work 12 hour shifts and do not work together again for several weeks). So, we had burned food to eat, not what we ordered, and aparrantly no resolution to our dissatisfaction. One of the employees called back and said he wasn't satisfied with Dan's resolution and would like his money back. Dan said he couldn't give a refund and what else did we want him to do? We weren't happy with this solution either, Dan wasn't willing to do anything else, not even apologize, just continued to be defensive, accused the caller of threatening him when the caller said he'd write "do not order" on our menu from your restaraunt. Our caller said that we regularly order from your restaraunt, and cannot believe this is the way the customers are treated and spoken to. Dan replied "don't call and bitch at me" and hung up on us. With customer service like this, being left without anything to eat for the remainder of the 12 hour shift due to our sandwiches being burned, and not even receiving at least an apology, I will not recommend your restaraunt to anyone, and I will never order from there again. I cannot believe the customers are treated so rudely, and you are still in business. I am hoping the owner reads this and resolves this issue with your manager and attempts to make things right with those that ordered your food and were left feeling humiliated (and hungry) after our experience with our order the evening of 5/13/07 at 10:30 p.m. I work Monday night too (5/14/07) from 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. and my name is Teresa Johnson if you would like to contact me for any reason.    [14 May 2007 01:15:07]
