Cozy Cafe, 15 Forest Pl., Plymouth, MI.
Very fresh, flavorfull and well presented food. I found the crab salad outstanding. The omelets are lovely, coffee excellent and the menu provides a nice variety of choices. A very nice cafe with a casual touch.    [30 Mar 2005 23:20:00]

The Worst
I've only been to this place once and will never go again. While their cinnamon roll was good the breakfast of corned beef hash with poached eggs was the worst breakfast I've ever paid for. The hash was right out of a can, barely warm from the microwave, gooey wet like dog food and tasted bad. The poached eggs were under done(runny whites). The menu was lacking in any breakfast meats (other than the canned hash) and there were no potatoes offered (other than in the canned hash). I don't recall seeing any pancakes or waffles and no fried eggs of any kind. All dishes are apparently prepared ahead of time and then microwaved when needed (the menu says something about this). As a place for breakfast I'd never waste my time or money going here again.    [22 Jan 2007 09:23:20]

Waitress very snotty
I went here a couple of months ago and was never treated so rudely by a waitress. She rushed me out saying they were closing early due to work to be done on the water tank or something. It was an hour or so before regular closing time. I huridly ate my meal and still people were coming in as I left. The owner is very nice, but she should monitor her help.

The food is very good and I probably give it another try, but not if see this waitress.    [15 Feb 2008 12:41:17]

very disappointing
I used to go to the Cozy Cafe for their wonderful crustless quiches. Since ownership changed, the quiche does not compare! Plus, the Ozark apple pie was a standby for the previous owner and they do not have that anymore. Also, our waitress was very brisk and impatient even though we were the only customers in the restaurant! Unfortunately, one of my favorite restaurants is no more and I will not go back to the current Cozy Cafe.    [31 May 2008 01:04:41]

Lovely lunch experience
Four friends and I went to their for lunch and found the place charming, the food good with some interesting choices, and the waitress was friendly. We spent time visiting and were told to stay as long as we wanted. We didn't feel rushed at all. I'm looking forward to going back and trying another dish.    [11 Aug 2008 11:04:22]

Bad Food and Snotty Service
After a new start with a new owner, I thought things would be better. A snotty waitress that was very short with not only us but other customers as well was not what I was looking for. We were served, a very overpriced and not very good, chicken pot pie that was served with a poppy seed muffin that was rock hard from being micro waved too long. It was also very hot and stuffy inside with very little air circulation. I will wait until another owner takes over and maybe try again. It is such a great location for a quality restaurant. Please somebody step up!!!    [17 Aug 2008 20:48:56]
