Built in 1896, this Queen Anne Victorian Home was transformed into a country inn serving lunch dinner, and accomodating overnight guests since 1983.

The Inn specializes in nouveau american cuisine with an emphasis on Steaks, Seafood, and Wild Game dishes.

I accidently found this review when searching the web for unrelated material, and I must say thanks to the person who submitted it.

Unfortunately the "Vic" as we called it is no longer in business having closed after 23 years of operation.

A Mournful Loss
How very sad that this excellant and lovely restaurant is closed for business. It was a favorite place of my husband's and mine when we would visit the Port Huron area. Unfortunatley we have not been there for a few years but had hoped to renew it's acquataince next month. I mourn it's loss and hope that the premises will not languish too long but instead once again serve those of us who appreciate and expect impeccable service along with high quality fare in genteel setting. Port Huron has lost a fine lady of a more gracious times period and she will be mourned.    [14 Jan 2007 20:55:52]
