My family reserved a table for 7 Wednesday nite for my sisters special celebration dinner. The reservation was for 6:45 pm (Gabriel).
All in All the food was o.k.
The service was o.k. except that the waitress failed to ask us if we needed beverages. Some of us were drinking alcohol so a refil would of been appreciated (her tip would have been much larger). The restaurant was beautiful.
My Complaint was that after 1 1/2 hours at your restaurant (not very long visit for a table of 7)while I was taking a famile picture, our waitress had the nerve to come up and say "Can I ask you a question?" I said yes. She asked "How much longer are you going to be, we have people waiting for your table". Good thing she didnt offer us more drinks and good thing we turned down desert because we didnt know there was a time limit on our table. That was rude and because of that I spread the word and we will not be visiting your Fishbones restaurant again.    [26 Jul 2002 09:45:54]

My Worst Dining Experience Ever!
On Mother's Day, I took my mom to Fishbone's for dinner. The waitress was ok, however, the food was terrible!
Both my mom and I ordered the chicken/rib combination. When we cut into the chicken, it was very pink, and blood ran every where. The server took the food back to the kitchen. When our chicken was brought back to the table, it was burned out the outside, but still raw on the inside. I will not be returning to this location. On holidays, I noticed that most of their concentration is put into the buffet menu!    [10 May 2004 16:55:30]

Best Server EVER! GREAT Food!
I came in to the Fishbone with high hopes, and they delivered! I ordered the Pasta Orleans and my wife had the bronzed grouper. The food was good, but our server Hunter, was spectacular! Funny, great attitude and gave flawless service, not to mention keeping our 8-year-old entertained. They seemed to have a lot in common! Good food Great Service!
