I Know They Serve Food There, but...
I don't go to Jacks for the food. I recently discovered Jacks as a great place to have a few cocktails and watch the goings on of a pick up joint.

Jacks is a really nice bar on the shores of Lake Saint Claire. They feature outdoor entertainment during the summer months. Think of a Michigan tiki bar, if that is at all possible.

The bar scene is a bunch of rich men in their 40s, 50s, and 60s with fat bellies and gold chains. The ladies are the pumas, cougars, and leopards that hunt down rich old men.

Since this is a food site, I must admit that every dish that wafted past my nose looked wonderful. Perhaps I should return on a down night and get some chow.    [21 Oct 2007 02:42:01]
