Something this town has needed for a long time!
I don't know where to Start...But by saying WOW.. we can't believe that use to be JonDoms lounge! The place has been completely revamped Beautifully! Dark wood & lovely music to accompany great food. Signature's Food was definetly the best use of ingredients/product I have ever tasted. Time was well spent on every dish we ordered!

I had the Walleye, you can taste how fresh it really is + my wife had the london Broil and said it was mouth watering accompanied by Salad, soup & 2 sides. We could not believe the price. I would have been willing spend alot more for the final product! So Signature Grille has new customers for as long as I am around!    [11 Sep 2007 13:27:21]

Does it get any worse than Signature Grille?
I am new to Saline and I have been to a few of the local restaurants in the town. Signature Grille obviously has poor management along with unprofessional wait staff. My en tree took 35 minutes and I had way too much food in front of me during my dining experience, like I was being rushed. The bartender was serving cocktails to what looked like to be a chef. That is unknown but also unprofessional. I was there one time less than a week ago and I will never be back. The place was empty and it will most likely stay that way!    [04 Jan 2008 20:08:59]

Possibilities, but...
500% improvement over Jon-Dom's.

Food is very good, but service suffers greatly from a way too small staff. Last time, there was a hostess and one waitress and no bartender. I've been there 3 times, and have always had to sit and wait seemingly forever. Plus, bring your earplugs. The acoustics in the place are painful. All hard surfaces and lots of reverberation. Fun Place to go..... Live entertainment
We heard that Signature Grille was now offering live entertainment. My husband and I went in on Thursday for Karaoke and had such a great time, we went again on Saturday for the Live Band. Definitely recommend it, fun place, relaxing atmosphere, nice new stage and dance floor and, by the way, the food was outstanding too!!!    [28 Sep 2008 20:56:49]

Signature Grille... Don't waste your time or money!
I travel through Saline quite often, and have noticed that the old Jon-Doms had been revamped into a new restaurant with what seemed like an upgrade in class. HOWEVER, after taking a chance and taking my fiance in for dinner one evening, we were greatly disappointed in our overall experience.

I'll give them the credit towards some good food, yet outside of that, I was shocked to see how unprofessional the staff presented themselves. Our service provider was rude, and seemed to keep her distance from our table after taking our order, which took almost 45 minutes to receive. She offered no reasons for the delay despite us being the only patrons in the restaurant.

We did witness great service to themselves and the constant drinking of liquor from the bar, and the under dressed barkeep serving the waitstaff.

What I thought would be a new alternative to our norm of dining out at a "family eatery" was nothing more than a Jon-Doms revisited. Won't be back.    [19 Jan 2009 15:58:02]

Great food-great service
I drove all the way from Brighton to eat the best food that I have had in a long time. The service was spectacular. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants great food and a great night out.    [30 Mar 2009 13:46:03]
