Why Can't They Get it Straight! This will be the second time I'm writing you within a year. Let's first start with this around 12 years ago you placed a Little Caesars Pizza Fun Land in Southgate. Michigan and it came to be a great location for business, unfortunately my family and I have encountered numerous bad experiences when it came to planning a party in the facility. The first time was with my oldest child and I let it go just thinking at the time it was a new to the employees working there, so then I tried it again for my youngest not once, but twice and every time I encountered unfriendly and hostel responses. They treated my family and myself very unprofessionally. First by saying they did not have us on the list when we booked a month ahead of time, second they gave us the wrong table and put us in a very inappropriate spot to have a family parties like feel, then they turned many of my family and guest away from my party, last and the straw breaker was when the girl at the door refused to let my husband back in the door after he went out to bring in more items for the party, calling him a liar about what he was doing coming back in. By this time we were very disappointed about the occurrences, so we went to talk to the manager and for are trouble we just received more tokens, which made me come to the conclusion that these employees of yours would rather give out any of your profit instead of doing better costumer service working it out so you lose nothing and gain more. Caesarland workers are the best:) Unlike Katt, I had an extremely pleasant experience during my visit to Caesarland recently. It was extremely clean and I felt safe knowing my children were in sanatized tunnels. I realized how difficult it is for these employees to work in an atmosphere that Caesarland provides. These workers constantly are on the go and I noticed they never stop working, and I don't think people realize how vile the public is to these hardworking young adults. I consider Caesarland employees exceptionally professional for the environment in which they work in. I don't think people understand that these workers deal with the most ruthless, ghastly people ever imaginable. I used to work for Chuck E' Cheese and I really feel for the workers. I bet not too many people could survive working just one day at a place like Caesarland with rude customers, screaming children, and constant chaos from the time they open to the time they close. Give them a break, they are kids trying to earn money and I'm certain they don't get paid nearly as they should with all the trash that comes in their store. Kuddos Caesarland employees - keep up the good work and we will be back. [18 Oct 2005 12:16:17]

Today was my first experience at Caesarland in Southgate. My biggest complaint is the teenagers that were being allowed to play on the equipment and tunnels. I complained to an employee who did quickly tell the teenagers that they were way too big to be on the equipment, but within minutes they were back on. I went and told another employee who I found out was a manager and she told them it was okay if they weren't too rowdy. I find this completely unacceptable that 15 and 16 year old kids are playing on equipment when there is a sign on the front that says you have to be under 60" tall. It isn't very safe at all for the little ones. We also had to wait over a half an hour for one pizza on a Tuesday early in the afternoon. This seemed pretty unreasonable since the place wasn't even busy. [14 Mar 2006 19:24:16]

Doors and Safety I love the place, but I do not feel like my kids are safe. They leave the doors open, so if you can't run fast enough your kid could be outside. [24 May 2006 14:06:15]

I want my own! I live in Manistee, MI and I used to visit my sister in Waterford, MI. We always took the kids to Caesarland, we had so much fun. How do I go about opening one here?? [08 Oct 2006 20:29:47]

Had a great time I've been to this Caesarland many times and am very happy with the service and food.
My only complaint has nothing to do with Caesarland itself- It's the annoying kids you find there. Most kids want to play and have fun and make new friends. But there always seems to be a couple of ill-trained children whose parents couldn't care less. Sorry, I digress. Overall, love Caesarland. [06 Feb 2007 11:34:03]
