YUMMMMMY!!! Thursday night has always been pizza night at our house, so we were a bit unsure about keeping with tradition when moving to Wayland (from Grand Rapids) two years ago. I'm happy to say that we haven't had to abandon pizza night, as Joe's Way makes one mean pie! They are a little stingy with the cheese, so if you like your pizza completely covered, order x-cheese, please!
The only item on their menu that wasn't out of this world was the Chicago-style pizza...a little doughier, more flavor-full crust & much more generous on the toppings, please (these deep dish delights are supposed to be about EXCESS). With this exception, Joe's Way is now my local favorite for a yummy pizza & service with a smile! :o) [08 Apr 2005 22:43:28]

The best place to eat If you love pizza with a thick sauce and cheese then Joe's Way is the place for you to go. The owners are Sal and Salvana. They have moved down the street and it's now called Uchello's. It just opend up this month.
I used to work there and it was a fun place to work and the best place for pizza. If you compare the chains' pizzas and Joe's Way, you will notice the difference in the size of the slice, taste, texture, and if you eat it at the right time it would be the best pizza you have ever had in your entire life. Fridays and Saturdays they will be a little slow, but if you have worked in a pizza place when its busy, then you know what I'm talking about.
Remember, it's Uchello's, now. [01 Jun 2006 01:28:07]
