lacking service
Althouhg the pizza at Franks is delicious, the service is lousy. On one visit to pick a carry out, that was phoned in an hour earlier, I had to wait an additional hour and 20 minutes! The worst part was the lady at the register was less than apologetic. WHen we requested to be comp'd for our wait, she slid the pizza across the counter and said "here! take it!"    [10 Jun 2005 10:48:07]

Frank's has some of the best pizza I have ever had. My Grandmother started taking my Mother and my Aunt to Frank's before it was in the location that it is in now. When I was born, I was also introduced to this fine restaurant. I'm 27 now. 27 Years of excellent food.    [04 Dec 2005 16:11:10]

GREAT PIZZA
Although one reviewer had a problem with service - we have had no problems.... At busy times you will wait about 20 minutes for your pizza........I really recommend that you sit down and eat your pizza in the restaurant --- not take out.

Take It Or Leave It
Although most folks like the food, particularly the pizza, we found it to be mediocre and excessively greasy. We gave it a second chance and there was virtually no difference.

Thewait staff is generally friendly and apologetic if there is a long wait which does happen on occasion. Prices are reasonable for what you get. The lady working at the front desk is not a cordial sort of person and tends to act as though she's doing you a favor by taking your money. This sourpuss made paying the bill a real effort.

Although we tried the place a couple of times, we won't return. There are much better places to eat (if you like Italian and pizza) in and around Wyandotte for a few extra dollars which we'd gladly pay.    [10 Oct 2006 21:38:38]
