Worst Restaurant Experience EVER!
Terrible service -- food took forever to arrive and was not cooked properly. Had to send one person's dish back to kitchen. Took 1/2 hour to get back, rest of party finished eating. Waitress continually ignored us -- asked to see manager (Mick) and he was rude and seemed to find the situation amusing. We pressed to have the one dish "comp'd" but he resisted -- though eventually gave in. No apology was offered! We WERE long time Baker's Square fans -- NO MORE! Won't ever set foot in one of the restaurants again -- particularly because of the way the manager treated us.    [03 Dec 2001 12:03:47]

Rudest Manager Ever
How degrading to work at "Bakers Square" in Apple Valley and have the manager "MICK" disrespectfully "YELL" at his employee in front of customers and employee's. It is obvious that "MICK" does not have an idea how to treat employee's. I hope that "MICK" will apoligize to the waitress he was so rude to. As a regular customer at this restaurant I will not bring my family back to this location for the unfair treatment to this waitress.    [09 Aug 2002 22:27:06]

Wonderful
This Baker's Square is outstandingly good. The servers are efficient, friendly, and smart. If there's a problem, it's corrected. I would imagine the management at any place anywhere would make all the difference. This one is wonderful, and we love going there.
