Unacceptable Drive Through Service
I just picked up a 10-piece meal at your Blaine KFC store. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone, much less from a so-called "customer service" associate. I checked my order and as usual, I received something different than what I ordered and ironically, it was the same error as my last experiece at this KFC location. When I asked the woman to exchange the incorrect item, she rolled her eyes at me and literally tore the box out of my handles, not saying a word but giving me a lovely glare! Then, when she gave me the clip-board to sign my credit card slip, she shoved it at me. When I gave it back to her, she tore it out of my hands so the pen fell of the clip-board. She proceeded to say "Give me my pen, it fell in your car." It did not fall in my car, it fell on the ground as a direct result of her irrational behavior. I opened my card door, picked it up, and gave it to her. I called the store manager as I was driving out of the parking lot to report this incident so he has the exact details, including the time of the experience. I asked him to please watch the surveillance camera in hopes that no one else will have to experience this. It literally was absolutely rediculous. I manage 37 project managers, business analysts and web developers and if any one of them behaved like this to any of our business clients, they'd be terminated.    [08 Nov 2006 19:56:41]
