Great food (for a chain)
Not so spicy, but good. As a stand-out, the Fajitas come with grilled potatoes and squash (on one side of the pan). While I prefer spicy mexican, my Wife can't eat it, so Chevy's is a great compromise. Chevy's Fresh Mex is a chain, and full bar is available.    [30 Dec 2003 08:58:02]

Terrible Service
1. Bartender was extremely busy, but would not give any service unless we called him over. Asked numerous times for a drink and chips and other people were getting served before us. He also ran a tab on a credit card that we told him not to, b/c we were transferring it to a table.
2. The host called for a party of 6, which we had reservations for, when we went to the host stand they told us they made a mistake...it was a table for 2. We lost our table that we had at the bar, so we ended up standing in the way for another 15 min. Mind you we wanted almost 2 hours before being seated.
3. We had a large party...the server messed up on 2 entrees, took one back to the kitchen to make and it was still wrong. Took almost an hour to get food correct.
4. I understand how the service industry works. I am a bartender and server. The service we recieved was personally horrible. Hopefully, service will be improved in the future.
