Tough steak, Cold Baked Potato, Ugh!
This meal was by far the most foul we have ever eaten, anywhere.

The steaks we ordered were so tough that we could not chew long enough to swallow and had to spit them out. We left the steak on our plate. We asked that the waitress heat up the baked potato when it was delivered cold, and she brought a new potato that was hot but not cooked! The other steak dinner was equally tough but it had cold red skin potatoes on it also.

The garlic bread was not ready when our meal was delivered so she brought it much later and we told her how bad our meal was and she said sorry and left.

We have encountered other restaurants where the meal was less than satisfactory and were offered free meals, but we never accepted. This meal should never cost someone a dime.

We vote with our feet, and we will never step our feet in one of these stores again .... and we will tell everyone we know what a horrible experience we had.    [10 Dec 2001 19:12:22]
