Chef wiping his nose with bare hands
We got sitting near the kitchen window and the window was not covered. We could see the Chefs filling up salad plate with bare hands. And then wiping his nose in the process.... We talked to the manager and he said it is not required for the Chefs to wear gloves if they are handling only food. When we told him what we saw through the window, he apologized and went away.
This used to be one of my favorite places but I was highly disappointed by this experience.    [21 Dec 2007 14:22:51]
