Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful... Richfield needs to give this restaurant the key to the city and say thank you! We are so lucky to have Ketsana's! The restaurant is in an old diner building, and is furnished in a unipressive, simple way, but is clean and usually easy to get in. Food quality is top notch and always fresh. Menu is full of many wonderful, tasteful items! You control the amount of spice that is added to each item. Very authentic and Ketsana's (Owner) family own a couple of resturaunts around the cities (all named differently). If you like Thai food, you will LOVE Ketsana's! Thank you Ketsana and I hope you become a long, permanent fixture in the Richfield restaurant scene! [01 Nov 2002 14:20:20]

Very good Food This was the first time I've eaten here and I am proud to say that the food was great! I ordered the fresh special Springrolls, Chicken Pad Thai, Shrimp Rad Nar, and Chicken Pineapple Fried Rice (Hot!!!) and boy it was really HOT!! Their menu is filled with appetizing items and I wish I could have tried them all. I wish that the restaurant could complement with their food because when I first entered, I feel like I'm going into a burger diner. Since they said they had been open for about 5 years now, they could have update their restaurant with more Thai decorations and make it feel like you are dining in a real Thai restaurant. But overall the food was great! and the service wasn't that bad. I surely will go back and eat there again! [04 Jun 2003 17:13:45]

Great if short on time. Service has been lacking this past year. Once order is placed food arrives fairly soon. No beer or wine. [17 Mar 2005 18:36:13]

Excellent Excellent Eats. Super Snotty and Spotty Service. Nowhere to Park. I've visited Ketsana's 3 times now - once to eat in, and twice for takeout.
The food is truly outstanding! The service, frankly, sucks mud.
When we ate in, it took a long time to get seated - there were several empty but dirty tables. It seemed that they were either too understaffed or too disorganized to get the tables cleaned up and the people waiting seated at them. When we were seated, we were never asked if I wanted anything to drink, so I got stuck with water, which was only refilled once. Not a good thing when you specify your order to be 'extra spicy'. You'd think they'd want the extra revenue from the sodas, but I guess not. It took almost 2 hours to get served and get out of there, way, way too long for lunch. Finally one of my companions went up to the register to ask for boxes (he brought the boxes back with him or I suspect we'd have had to abandon our leftovers) and the bill. We never got the bill and had to just go up to the register to pay and leave.
The first time I got takeout, it was uneventful. The second time, they took my order down wrong and didn't seem to want to fix it. When I inisted that I only pay for (and get) what I ordered, the attitude of the girl at the register went from rude to super rude. I wasn't surprised, she was the same person who abandoned us when we ate in.
It's really hard to park your car, by the way.
It's so sad, with the new condos going up next door, you'd think this place would be in an excellent position to make a lot of money, but the people working there are just too mean for me to visit regularly. There are a lot of places in the neighborhood that I can go. [10 Aug 2005 13:39:19]

I love this place! I travel constantly and I am in this area quite a bit. Imagine my surprise to find some of the best Thai food I have ever eaten - WOW! The decor is very 50's diner which is odd, but I have never had any service problems in the 5 times I have eaten there. You have to love this place, just ignore the decor and focus on the food!
