Chicago in Minnesota
The Broadway pizza in Robbinsdale MN. decided not to change its recipe along with the corporate takeover of the rest of the Broadway Station (formerly Broadway Pizza). The owner demanded the recipe originally made by John Spalachi in the 1950s. It is still a true Chicago style Italian Pizza. There is always the Chicago "purest" to tell you it is not Chicago pizza, but most of them will still admit it is at least closest they have come to the genuine article in Minnesota.    [26 Feb 2003 22:31:44]

Awesome thin crust
I cannot find a good thin crust in Michigan, which is my residence. I enjoy Minnesota's thin crust pizza and especially Broadway Pizza. It has a great flavor and cutting it into small squares solves the potential problem of limp pizza wedges. A good crunch to the pieces even with pepperoni grease soaked through.    [12 Aug 2005 17:27:26]

Great Pizza

Special Trip

This is my ALL-TIME Favorite Pizza!
It is the Only One (Broadway's original recipe) that does NOT skimp on toppings! They place generous sausage (the Best sausage), pepperoni, etc., on every bite-sized piece so you get meat in every bite! A BROADWAY fan living in ARGENTINA!

terriable service
The pizza was good the service was NOT.
Our "person" re-took our order twice,dropped a fork (didn't replace) kept asking Q's NEVER asked how our food was, threw our reciept as us, and said yah and sure a bunch.    [14 Apr 2007 22:51:45]
