Best west of Philly!
I'm from the Philly area and I was so excited when I found out TOPS has authentic philly cheesesteaks in Minnesota, and that they are! The family is great too! Can't say anything bad about the whole experience. I try to go there every month now! [19 Nov 2004 12:11:43]

City Flavor in the Suburbs
When I moved from Minneapolis I was bummed because I was moving away from good food, but this place has what I love. Gyros, pizza, and ribeye steak. I love the owner, I asked him how the other pizza places pizza were compared to his, he replied, "They're all garbage!" You know what? He was right! [21 Dec 2004 18:20:31]
