Two soups every day, one vegetarian. Always a variety of fresh salads. At least eight varieties of cookies; there are usually pumpkin bars and lemon bars, often brownies, blondies, pecan turtle bars. Specialties include chocolate chaos cupcakes, banana brunch breads, cream cheese coffee cakes.

Made fresh for breakfast are three kinds of muffins, maple pecan caramel rolls, cinnamon rolls, other sweet rolls.
