Bring back Tuxedo Taters!
Chartroose Caboose is still pretty good, but not what it used to be. Mainly, they have replaced the Tuxedo Taters with plain old french fries. The Taters were thick wedges that were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, like steak fries. And after all, they are serving a steak sandwich, so they went together perfectly.
