Their salads are delicious. The Steak & potato salad and the Ranch House salad, both have smoked meat mixed with fresh greens. Very filling and tasty.    [17 Oct 2006 17:50:07]

Thank Heaven they rebuilt after the fire!
Carthage almost lost it's best restaurant a few years ago to a fire but the owners rebuilt and we're glad they did! Not sure we want too many people outside of town to know about this gem - we might have to wait longer for a table!    [15 Dec 2006 23:20:10]
