Go for the Beer, Not the Food or Service
I've been to Flat Branch a few times, and each time the problems have been the same. First and foremost, the service is terrible. The waiters/waitresses are generally inattentive, not refilling drinks or checking to make sure the food is to your satisfaction.

Second, the quality of food is severely lacking. Twice my food has been cold and/or undercooked. The side of vegetables tasted like they'd been sitting in a freezer for a while, and the French fries tasted like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for quite a while.

They have a great selection of beer, but the food and the service make it hard to enjoy the beer.    [18 May 2007 15:54:22]
