The Most Wonderful Seafood in St. Louis! If you are looking for a special place to take someone who likes great seafood, this is the place! Every day they print a new menu which includes the fresh catch of the day. I've never known anyone to order something that was less than wonderful here. The fresh biscuits are brought around and refilled often and add just the right touch to dinner. The desserts are always fabulous and should not be passed up. And don't forget to try the Sunday brunch. It's all you can eat, with more choices of wonderful items than any other in the area. Magnificent! [05 May 2006 14:59:03]

High Prices Mediocre Food The steak was over cooked and the vegetables were under cooked. The fish was only so so. I can say the service was excellent as were the carrot cake, coffee and wine. In my humble opinion there are places out there that give a whole lot more for the money. It's the last time we will go there. [28 Jul 2007 17:03:54]

Wow! Bristol's STILL Is Awesome Bristol's brunch defines the delightful.
The lines of food are varied, and the waffle tray area as well as omelette bar are exemplary--these guys have stuff in these areas that nobody else can match.
The decor and artifacts are unique as per the 1980s Gilbert-Robinson organization that pioneered this asthetic style. The booths, particularly the back-of-DR 'secluded area alcoves', are nearly worth fighting for.
Best, this is StL, so a meal for two without drinks = $40 or so; In NYC or San Fransico the precise-same dining experience would set a couple back $175, easily.
Take a date here, take your girlfriend, wife, husband, daughter..
..you'll see.
Caveat: 'drop biscuits', which servers take to tables during ordinary meals, are omitted for whatever reason during brunch. The staff would be wise to re-insert them into the brunch fare. [30 Dec 2007 13:29:12]
