Best food in Saint Louis
S&S has the best steaks and seafood in Saint Louis. I have been to the best but S&S is a GOD. Eat there. You can get the best meal and drinks for around fifty plus tip. Perhaps the finest restaurant in Metro St. Louis
Surf and Sirloin is not only one of the finest restaurants in the entire metropolitan St. Louis area, but one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of dining at.

The food is divine and the service is first-rate. A full-course meal for two will run about $85 plus tip, but it is well worth it! Don't delay any longer.    [30 Jan 2004 18:47:10]

Horrible service
My husband and I were there on Saturday night (1/7/06) and received horrible service. We were ignored by the waiter and it took 45 minutes from the time our salad plates were picked up by the bus boy until our steaks arrived. Then my husband's steak was medium to medium well, instead of medium RARE that he asked for.

I called on Wed, 1/11, wanting an apology from the manager, instead I was patronized and hung up on.

I am contacting everyone I know to pass the word-- never go to this restaurant. I am also contacting every restaurant guide for the area as well as the Missouri Restaurant Association and the National Restaurant Association to get the word out about my experience.
