Poor Service
In trying to order pizza at this restaurant one must beg and plead to get one of the girls to take your order. God forbid you should try to call in your order to save them time for after 6 calls in and being on hold for over 35 minutes and the hangups from their incompetent staff, you are greeted with a very rude lady that could care less that by this point your family is starving. I would not recommend any one to go through this agony for pizza. I would suggest another pizza place in town. Believe it or not after all this we still did not get any pizza from Godfathers.    [30 Nov 2001 20:38:49]

We have given Godfathers our business for going on 20 years, and the service has gotten so terrible that I will NEVER order from them again. Every time we place an order to be delivered, we order ranch dressing. We do not want pizza without it, and always specify this when placing the order, and the delivery person NEVER brings it. I am ALWAYS charged for this CONDIMENT, but it is never delivered. Upon arrival without the ranch that I have paid for, the delivery person has nothing to offer. No refund for the item I DIDN'T get, much less for the pizza that I now don't want. After MANY times of the EXACT same mistake, I lost patience and called for a manager. Ben answered the phone, went to get the manager, and then BEN came back to the phone, and this time he WAS the manager. After calling him on this ridiculous act, he then produced what I can only assume was the actual manager, Sandra, who proceeded to be extremely rude, and again offered no solution to the problem. I am thoroughly disgusted, and from now on my family and I will be going next door to Cici's Pizza.    [27 Feb 2006 21:12:25]

Satisfying
When I went to godfathers is Helena, Montana, I was pleasantly surprised. After reading the other reviews, I was apprehensive. But the service was good, the food tasted great, and I plan on taking my family back there. I guess when you give attitude, you get it back.    [08 Apr 2007 07:07:34]
