Refused service
This past Saturday, 6 of us were meeting at Ryans. My family and I go to Ryan's very often. It is our favorite place to eat. Well 4 of us were there, and the other 2 were not yet. I told them party of 6 and we were paying for them all. Well they told us that we could not be seated until all of us were there. I talked to a manager,and he told me the same thing. I was even paying for us ALL. So since we were refused service, we went next door to Ruby Tuesday's, and spent 90 dollars on dinner. I was very upset and have considered not going to Ryan's anymore, and have told several people about what happened.    [13 May 2003 19:14:46]

wait for steak
We often go to Ryan's, and usually enjoy it. This past week I had to wait 15 minutes to get a steak. And then the cook made them all well done, and I was not about to wait longer for him to cook another that was medium. Ryans: Where the Folks are Friendly..........
Hi, I work at Ryans in Murfreesboro. And I understand that sometimes it takes awhile to get the food you order. And it is a hassel for the custmers but also a hassel for the servers. But please don't let that experience stop you from giving us a second chance. I work there and on my days off I go there to eat...I like the food....

DELICIOUS!!!!
I have been employed at Ryan’s for 9 years. I must say that even after eating there every day for the past 9 years, I still find the food very delicious. There is so much to choose from. The service is always great and the cleanliness is unbelieveable. The cleanliness of the back of the house is one of the things that impressed me when I began working there. Great Server!
My family of 15 and I made a visit to Poplar Bluff from Jonesboro last Saturday and I just wanted to say we had the best server I have ever experienced in any restaraunt. She was fast, accurate,friendly, and our service was on such a personal level that she made us all feel like family and not a job. She kept our tables clean our drinks full and her great appearance and friendly smile really made our trip to poplar bluff amazing....we WILL be back and we wish to only be waited on by her again.
