Rather trying the Buffet or one of the Steak dinners, your palate is sure to be pleased.

Waitresses are courteous and helpful, while making sure your beverage stays full and table clean.

The Buffet and Salad Bar are constantly tended buy staff assuring a variety of fresh and/ or hot selections.

A very clean, comfortable "Country" atmosphere with prices that allow you to bring the whole family. Definitely a "MUST TRY" when in the Salem MO area.

During a two week vacation (October 13-20 2002) we went to this hole. On our first visit we had almost completed our meal when we noticed numerous FLIES AND GNATS on the food at the desert bar. I politely complained, then met with Bob Stephens two days later, he asked me to give them a second chance and received 2 gift certificates. Upon our return visit, the FLIES AND GNATS WERE STILL THERE and to make matters EVEN WORSE we were given DIRTY PLATES. THIS PLACE SUCKS! I am reporting them to the Health Department and putting up a website about it shortly.    [11 Sep 2007 04:35:09]

I'm not sure when Mr McBroom was there... I discovered this place about 5 years ago and am willing to drive the 30 or so miles it takes to get there to enjoy their buffet. The place is clean, the food is great, and the service is the wonderful small town service you would expect.    [11 Sep 2007 04:36:56]

Mr. McBroom was right!!! I ate there once and got food poisoning then i went back a second time trying to give them another chance and i got sick again. That was the stupidest thing i have ever done. Don't eat here unless you like getting sick. And everything else sucked too.    [11 Sep 2007 04:38:17]
