Popular Joint This is a popular place with kids and families from the SE Springfield area. The pizzas, sandwiches, and salads are all quite good. They have a liquor license and an affiliated (also smoke free) bar right next door. A solid, clean, and enjoyable place. [28 Dec 2003 13:20:41]

I love everything about Arris Pizza. Although our family favorites are The Joey's Special sandwich, Greek Salad and Loomers Pizza, we have enjoyed many of Joe and Tania's other delicious menu choices. The service is great. Servers are friendly, relaxed and efficient. I enjoy seeing the regular workers and learning about them and their lives. When you go to Arris Pizza it is like visiting family. The restaruant is always cleanwith tidy bathroom. Arris Pizza rocks! [07 Apr 2005 00:24:31]

My boyfriend and I thought this place was pretty good. I just ate there a few days ago for the first time. We had one of the veggie pizzas and asked for NO cheese. Although we asked for no cheese, there were still bits of cheese here and there on the pizza. Thankfully it was easy to pick it off. Other than that small annoyance, it was pretty good, although it took them a while to even notice us when we walked in. Their selection looked pretty decent, the crust was very good and it wasn't too terribly expensive. [12 Jul 2005 12:43:04]

Arris is Awesome Arris Pizza is by far the best I have ever eaten!! You can't go wrong with any of their choices. The environment in Arris is very relaxed and fun. Also, you can now enjoy your pizza in Kremers, the connected bar next door. Kremers offers a full cocktail, beer, and wine bar in a Starbucks like setting. You can order from the entire Arris Pizza menu. It's so nice! Really cool atmosphere! This place is awesome, great for dates or a night out with the friends. [24 Mar 2006 19:42:48]

Excellent Pizza... I've been to Arris Pizza twice in the past three months and I've been impressed with their original and flavorful pizza selections. The service is good, the variety of toppings and combinations are surprising, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Prices are reasonable. [23 Dec 2006 15:25:07]

Tani the Terrible Flabbergasted....
I would like to think that most people have a common sense approach to customer service...treat the customer as you would expect to be treated, if not better! Well that is not always the case. For example:
I, as the director/facilitator of an area women's group, am charged with picking a meeting place that meets everyone's needs (i.e. driving distance from the office, price point, and food choices). I had chosen Arris Pizza as our meeting place for the 2:30pm-4:00pm and 4:30pm-6:00pm meetings on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. Tani, (the owner/manager of Arris), was so rude and tacky today that I cannot even put into words how it made our group feel.
Usually we leave feeling empowered, enlightened and ready to take on the world...no matter what challenges lie ahead. Today's meeting was so awkward and amiss that words cannot even begin to describe...
Never in my life have I ever been so disgusted by someone's behavior! She had the audacity to tell us that we were taking up her 8-top table and that we hadn't spent enough money or left enough in tips to have earned our time at Arris Pizza! Not only had we ALL ordered lunch at the 2:30-4:00pm meeting and left an ample tip since the waitstaff shifts had switched, but three of the ladies in the 4:30-6:00pm meeting were having husbands/children/friends meet them after the meeting for dinner. Not only that, but one of the other ladies uses (correction, used) Arris for lunch at the office frequently! Oh wait...during the 2:30pm meeting, we were the ONLY people in the restaurant other than two ladies up front who were finishing up as we were seated. As Tani was telling us about how we were taking up her 8-top table, there were two other large tables sitting empty along with about half dozen regular 4-top tables. Had there been a line waiting, she may have had ground to ask how much longer we were going to be seated. Had there been a large party, she may have had grounds to approach us during the middle of the meeting. Had this been the first time that we had been to Arris Pizza for a meeting, and had we not always had people stay after the meeting to have dinner with the family, she might have had grounds to inquire as to why three of the ladies hadn't ordered anything but a Coke. HOWEVER...we have always been professional, quiet, and ample tippers!
When I pointed out these facts, she said that she hadn't checked the tickets from earlier and was unaware of these things. Well before you interrupt a meeting, it would be quite impressive if you knew your facts and also knew the amount of revenue that was generated by those women in the meeting!
I can only say this....it would behoove you to make sure you are aware of what is going on before you make a fool out of yourself in front of a group of fellow female business owners! All three of the ladies who were planning to meet family and friends for dinner, called and changed their plans before we had even exited the building. ALL of the members of the group present, vowed to NEVER return to the establishment for any reason because of Tani's behavior. [18 Jul 2008 00:14:35]
