My wife and I visited captain D's in Batesville, MS on 06 Jan 2003. It took five minutes for the cook to get a cashier from the back to take our order. When the cashier finally got to the register she did not ask if she could take our order, or ask how we where doing that day she just stood there looking until my wife just started the order. After we had ordered we then decided to dine in. None of the tables where clean. Crumbs was on every table we saw I had to ask the rude cashier to clean a spot for us. This was a slow night for Captain D's that night you may want to check sales for that day I bet they where below last year. So there was no reason for that store not to be clean, and there was no reason for the poor customer service. I am a manager for Walmart I deal with sales, and customer service every day.
