Awful service My family and I planned our trip to Biloxi a couple months in advance. We were looking forward to eating at Landry's. The food was "okay" but certainly not the best we have eaten and the service was absolutely horrible! We were there on a Monday night, they were not busy. It took forever for a waitress to even come to our table to order drinks much less our food. Once our food order was placed, we never saw the waitress again until the food came out. We went without tea and condiments during our entire meal! I woudl not recommend this restaurant for service. :O( We were very disappointed. I am glad we were able to have a pleasant dining experience and better food at other local restaurants. [04 Aug 2004 19:41:21]

One of the Best On the Gulf We stopped at Landry's because of the Gulf view and the food kept us coming back. The Seafood or Cajun food is excellent, I would say that you should avoid the Gumbo which has a very unpleasant after taste. The ambiance of the restaurant is laid back, order your drinks and relax. The food is worth waiting for. The staff is not formal, treating you more like company than as customers. I found myself very comfortable there although I will admit that the Tiki Hut mentality is not for everyone, anyone who does not like the service at Landry's should avoid the Keys and many restaurants in southern Florida. If you are in a hurry the McDonalds down the highway serves fish sandwiches.
There is a Landry's in Naples Florida also, different view with the same excellent food. [06 Jul 2005 10:06:59]
