well....
we probably got a fluke of untimely poor service. The food was alright but nothing to write home about. The bar was nice with toned down entertainment: guitar by Johnny Crocker-nice. Pretentious name is offputting a little.    [14 Aug 2006 13:09:31]

new menu and changes make a difference
We showed up to Archestratus the first week in December to find a new menu with tons of appetizers and 4 or 5 new steaks. The food came to us much faster than previous visits and the remodeling has really opened up the restaurant. Archestratus is one of our new favorites.    [17 Dec 2006 12:24:21]
