SUPERIOR EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE!
During a recent trip, I inadvertently left two sets of car fobs and a house @ Capt. D's in Corinth, MS. The keys were missed until after several days had passed. I had looked everywhere for them. Replacement of electronic key fobs is an expensive mistake.

As a last resort, I decided to call Capt. D's in Corinth, MS. I talked with a Ms. Peggy Jones. Once I described the keys and the approximate time they were left, she said they had holding them waiting for the owner to re-appear.

Since we didn't live in Corinth, she volunteered to mail the keys. I asked if I could reimburse her for the postage and she said it wasn't necessary.

I just finished writing Ms, Jones a thank you note, and decided it would be good to pass along her "good deed" up the chain.

We are frequent Capt. D diners. In fact, I just completed a survey for our local Capt. D's. I'm pleased to report it was a very positive report card.

Great Dinner!
Captain D's of the now is so much different than the Captain D's of then! So many new dinners and flavors!!! I have eaten there on about 6 occasions in the past month, and everytime I go in, I try one of their new dinners. The Shrimp Skewers is definitely my favorite.

My dining experience was wonderful, although the restuarant itself could use some upkeep. Just seemed a little dated. The employees were helpful, and i really appreciated the manager coming around and checking on us!    [27 Jul 2007 15:59:18]
