Disappointing experience
This particular Taco Bell stands out for their disappointing service and food.

On several occasions the drive through has been broken in some form or another, noted only with an illegible handwritten sign taped to the menu board.

Also, they seem to be constantly out of one thing or another. On my second visit, it was ground beef. On my third, taco shells and sour cream.

On those drive-thru or carryout experiences I was actually able to complete, the food was sloppily made. The employees have yet to be friendly or prompt on any visit.

They also appear to ignore special requests. On one drive-thru visit I requested the Fire Sauce, but was given one packet of mild sauce instead.

Inside the restaurant was not very clean on one visit; outside the restaurant is consistently dirty and trashy.

Overall, this is a very disappointing Taco Bell location.    [27 May 2007 12:25:06]
