AWFUL!!!
This was the worst dining experience I have had in a long time, even considering it was a mall restaurant! My aunt and I both ordered an enchilada platter. We were served cold corn tortillas stuffed with shredded cheddar cheese (no, the cheese was not even attempted to be melted!) covered with a slightly warm sauce. The refried beans were acceptable, the chips served as garnish were stale, and the "salad" was shredded lettuce with dressing. When we asked about them not melting the cheese for the enchiladas, we were told they don't do that on the platter! I have been to several other Taco Casas and have ALWAYS received my enchiladas in the traditional manner...hot and with melted cheese!
