The best ribs in the world Unassuming building with what looks like a picnic area attached. Wodden tables outside, garden furniture inside, amazingly wonderful flavours wafting about. Don't worry about how the place looks, the people are friendly, it's pretty much self service, which helps keep the price low. Who needs service with the best smokehouse food? What comes from that smokehouse is indescribably good. I've had ribs of all sorts and from all culinary traditions, from all around the world. The food at the Pig Out Inn is good enough that some of us living in the Northeast will order out from Natchez via FedEx. Yes: that good. [12 Mar 2005 13:34:10]

WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR!! Second visit in one year on 12/01/05. The atmosphere was friendly and whimsical and the food was absolutely delicious...I loved the brisket and my wife said it was the best chicken she'd ever eaten! Don't pass this one up if you're in the area. [03 Dec 2005 23:53:34]

I'm from New York and my mother lives in Natchez. Everytime I go down there I need to eat there at least once. They have the best pulled pork sandwiches in the world and their potato salad is excellent. All this with great southern hospitality. I think they really need to open one here in New York.
